Mechanical Engineering
Our Mechanical Engineering team have an in depth knowledge and experience of many industries including the marine, pharmaceutical, waste disposal, chemical, water, mining and the food industry.
Typically projects are undertaken from design and installation through to commissioning on a range of process plant and equipment including; gas handling, gas dosing, chemical dosing, new and refurbished pumping plant, screens, maceration, mixers, powder handling, sludge treatment and general plant maintenance.
Our fully qualified engineers produce calculations, detailed fabrication drawings for the fabrication of pipework, supports, walkways, vessels, gantries, screens, platforms, general steelwork and components in our 20,000sq ft of mechanical workshops. Detailed assembly drawings and schedules are also produced for site installation by our field teams. To assist in this, we have a variety of software packages which help ensure all work is completed expediently to reduce costs and lead times.
Our fully equipped, mobile work force travel throughout the UK and overseas to meet the needs of our customers. We also provide immediate breakdown and maintenance support, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
